Christleton Hall won the coveted award of ‘Apartment Development of the Year 2024’, hosted at Manchester Central. The judges praised Blueoak Estates for ‘rescuing a listed building from dereliction and delivering a product that met a real need in the market for downsizers.
Tollemache Green was awarded the 'Smaller Housing Scheme of the Year 2023' for its outstanding contribution to sustainability and its positive impact on the surrounding environment. The development offers a new standard in eco-friendly living.
The Sail was shortlisted for Market Sale Development of the Year in both 2019 and 2020. This category is for schemes that raise the bar in terms of quality, freshness of thinking and enhancing the community in which it is located.

Chapel Place and Heritage Court were both shortlisted in the Regeneration category of the RICS Awards 2018 which honours exceptional schemes which have conserved or improved the built or natural environment in a way that has contributed to the viability of the area.
We were shortlisted for three NWPA Property Awards in 2017 and were delighted to win ‘Best New Home: Small Scheme’ for our West Kirby based apartment scheme, Lingdale.
