The award-winning Chester-based property developer, Blueoak Estates, has broken ground on a new two- and three-bedroom apartment scheme in Heswall, Wirral.
The site, which was formerly occupied by a detached home, will feature eight generously sized apartments with the smallest unit equivalent in sq. ft. to a four-bedroom home.
Each luxury apartment will feature bespoke kitchens, underfloor heating, security systems, and benefit from lift access and dedicated off-road parking.
Iain MacLean, Managing Director of Blueoak Estates said: “We have worked hand-in-glove with Wirral Council to design a period-looking property that fits seamlessly into its surroundings.
“Great attention to detail has been given to the external features including chimneys, bespoke hanging tiles, balconies and private dedicated outdoor spaces overlooking the mature gardens”.
The site is scheduled for completion in Spring 2020 and is expected to achieve an overall sales value of £4m.
Blueoak Estates also have a number of other projects underway in the North West. Village Mews in West Kirby is a development of six spacious new-build homes whilst Concorde House in Chester and Crossford Court in Sale will offer 32 and 90 apartments respectively.
