Wirral Council Embraces Revitalisation of West Kirby South Parade Promenade

Planning for our luxury property development on West Kirby’s promenade has been Approved by Wirral Council.  Replacing the old, six-bed home at 51 South Parade will be eight luxury cutting-edge apartments, designed by the award-winning Liverpool architects, Falconer Chester Hall and inspired by the marine Art Deco homes of the 1930’s.

Adam Hall of Falconer Chester Hall, explains that: “The proposed building seeks to maximise the stunning views across the Marine Lake and Dee Estuary with floor to ceiling windows opening onto wide open terraces”.

He continued, “The design of the building will hopefully bring a residential development to West Kirby which will soon set a benchmark for contemporary living on the Wirral Peninsular”.

This luxurious landmark scheme could be a catalyst for change in the area; offering a boost to the local economy, as well as local businesses. The recent £60m regeneration scheme in New Brighton saw the town become a leading, recreational resort in the North West.

Many locals are ready to embrace the innovative design, which complements its stunning seaside surroundings. Mr Peter commented, “I am completely for this new development. It will enhance the seafront’s appeal by replacing a decrepit house for cutting edge elegance and style. It would be refreshing to allow a new generation of architecture. In my view, there are too few proposals like this.

Our South Parade development will maintain the high quality of the area, combining unrivalled living space, location and luxury finishes. We will also be introducing sustainable and energy-efficient living to the seafront. It’s a stunning purpose-built building.

Each apartment will have one garage and one parking space, private lift access and range from between 800 and 2100 square feet. And of course, you can expect it to be luxury-as-standard.

Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2017 and the apartments will be available for sale in 2018.
