Planning for our luxury property development on West Kirby’s promenade has been Approved by Wirral Council.  Replacing the old, six-bed home at 51 South Parade will be eight luxury cutting-edge apartments, designed by the award-winning Liverpool architects, Falconer Chester Hall and inspired by the marine Art Deco homes of the 1930’s.

It will enhance the seafront’s appeal by replacing a decrepit house for cutting edge elegance and style. It would be refreshing to allow a new generation of architecture. In my view, there are too few proposals like this.”
