Blueoak Estates is an award-winning developer, creating bespoke homes across the North West of England. We’re a passionate, talented and enthusiastic team, looking for an experienced Office Manager to join us. 

The successful candidate will:

Have excellent customer service skills, with extensive experience of assisting customers, expediting requests and professionally processing any complaints.

Possess excellent communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone.

Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills along with a high level of attention to detail.

Possess very strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Experience of using InDesign and Photoshop software is advantageous.

Possess a good understanding of current data privacy standards.

Job Description/Duties: 

Meet and greet visitors, maintaining a polite and professional communication.

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations and setting up rooms of meetings.

Attending to the requests of the Managing Directors.

Screening phone calls and distributing callers to the appropriate person and taking messages.

Minute taking at Technical Review meetings and Board meetings.

Helping produce monthly board papers.

Assisting with the hospitality of board meetings.

Managing the board room booking calendar.

Ordering stationary and other online purchasing for office goods.

Printing, binding, photocopying and scanning documentation.

Management of team holidays, cover, diaries etc

Door key management for various sites and properties.

Customer Support:

Ensure our customers receive prompt, professional responses (via email and telephone) to any queries or requests. Ongoing calls are to be logged, monitored and regular customer updates provided.

Uploading snagging information into Clixifix software, regularly checking and updating clients on status.

Provide customers with up to date information about Blueoak products and services.

Working closely with Site Managers, relaying snagging requirements, status, client feedback etc.

Dealing with customer complaints. Escalating, monitoring and responding to logged cases to ensure a speedy resolution.

Sales Support:

Working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager.

The creation and processing of paperwork surrounding the sale of a new property.

Providing property management companies with information and support when required.

Assist with calls to solicitors and buyers to help progress the speed of property exchanges and completions.

Create site specific pricing schedules and specification lists.

Recording of property water, gas and electric meter readings.
