Saturday 18th February marked the debut of Chapel Place; our magnificent restored development at the heart of Chester City Centre. More than 150 people joined us to explore the 1 and 2 bed apartments as they were unveiled to the public for the first time. In fact, the open day was so popular, people were queueing out of the door and we released an extra two apartments early to meet demand.
As the name suggests, these luxury apartments are set within a restored chapel which was originally built in 1866. They boast a wealth of original features from stained glass windows, Victorian motifs and wooden beams. However, complemented by cutting-edge bespoke open plan living, our Chapel Place apartments offer the sort of luxury you expect from world-class property – and all for first-time buyers!
We are delighted to reveal that five of the seven first phase apartments are now sold. However, we are expecting the final two apartments to go very quickly so come along and view Chapel Place before it is too late. The development will be open every Saturday from 11am until 1pm.
