New Apartments Launched in Sale

Phase one of Crossford Court, the latest apartment scheme from Blueoak Estates, launched at the end of July.

The award-winning housebuilder secured planning consent for the office-to-residential conversion project from Trafford Council in 2018.

The development is located on the corner of Dane Road in Sale, less than four miles from Altrincham and five miles from Manchester City centre.

Iain Maclean, Managing Director of Blueoak Estates, said: “We received so much interest in Crossford Court that we launched the first phase early.

“The nearest Metrolink station is 300m outside the front door so Crossford Court is in an ideal location for both first time buyers and commuters.”

Prices for the 1-bed apartments start from £130,000 and prices for the 2-bed apartments start from £185,000. They are available with Help to Buy and there is no stamp duty.
