Looking For A Land Buyer To Join Our Team

We’re looking for a Land Buyer with real enthusiasm, drive and determination to join our team. Supported by the Managing Director, your focus will be land acquisition, problem solving, master planning and development.

Role: Land Buyer

Location: Chester CH1

Status: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000-£35,000 per annum

Summary

Blueoak Estates is an award winning residential developer, building luxury homes across Cheshire, Wirral and South Manchester. Our strength comes from our experience and success in purchasing prime sites with residential or commercial to residential prospects. We’re looking for an individual with real enthusiasm, drive and determination to join our team.

Supported by the Managing Director, your focus will be land acquisition, problem solving, master planning and development. It will be your responsibility to identify opportunities, assess viability both financially and in planning terms and progress all matters associated with obtaining planning and technical approvals. There will also be opportunities to gain wider exposure within Blueoak Estates to enable you to appreciate how our specialist operations support the broader business. 

As we continue to grow, we want you to grow with us and help us to excel at what we do best. Working within a passionate, talented and enthusiastic team, your role will have a direct impact on the direction and effectiveness of the business as we continue to grow. 

We are looking for: 

  • Ideally two years’ experience within a similar role. 
  • Have or are expecting a 2:1 degree or higher in a Land Surveying or Planning discipline
  • Have initiative, plenty of drive and are a strong team player
  • Demonstrate a passion for the industry and the ambition to develop into a future leader
  • To think creatively outside the box. 

You will need to be able to travel to site locations across the North West. Due to this, you should have a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
