RICS is the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in the property sector. The awards are regarded as the premier property and construction awards in the country, celebrating the most innovative projects across the country.
Located on West Kirby’s waterfront, The Sail is home to eight luxury apartments with panoramic views across the Dee Estuary. Designed by the internationally renowned architects, Falconer Chester Hall, The Sail achieved record sales values per square foot, achieving with a sales revenue in excess of £6.75m.
