We’re delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for three coveted major industry awards.
We are in the running for ‘Developer of the Year’ in the Northern Housing Awards, and not one but two of our developments have also been shortlisted in this year’s RICS Awards.
Crossford Court, our 96-unit apartment scheme in Sale, Manchester, aimed at first-time buyers has been named in the ‘Refurbishment and Regeneration’ category of the RICS awards whilst 1 Heritage Court, a unique Chester property development, and the only current residential housing scheme within the city walls, is also a contender in the RICS ‘Heritage’ category.

The winners will all be announced in awards ceremonies taking place later this year.
Iain MacLean, Managing Director of Blueoak Estates said: “This is wonderful news for the company. To see our projects recognised in this way by RICS is testament to the effort and determination shown by the entire team and our partners to deliver on every level. It’s also great to be recognised within our sector as a leading North West developer.
“The past 12 months have inevitably been a real challenge however we have shown huge resilience and professionalism throughout, maintaining our exceptionally high standards across all areas of our business.
The regional winners for each category will be revealed via video announcement on LinkedIn throughout the announcements weeks scheduled for 16 and 23 May – full schedule to be released in February 2022.
