A six-home scheme by Blueoak Estates on Heswall’s Rocky Lane is set to complete in autumn 2020.

The award-winning housebuilder secured planning consent for the project early in 2019.

The application was recommended for approval by planning officers who said that the proposed development “would deliver a high quality of contemporary development that would enhance the appearance of the plot and street scene.”

The development will be known as Sandstone House and include six two- and three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment will also have its own allocated parking space.
