Blueoak Estates Shortlisted For Three Property Awards

Blueoak Estates are delighted to share that we have been shortlisted for three NWPAs. Formerly known as the Your Move Property Awards, these annual awards were established 14 years ago by the publishers of Your Move and Move Commercial, which are the largest commercial and residental property publications in the North West.

The NWPAs recognise the achievements of architects, agents and developers in the commercial and residential property sector across the entire North-West region and this year’s shortlist showcases the North West property industry as a real powerhouse of innovation. The full shortlist can be viewed here.

Chapel Place and Heritage Court have both been shortlisted for the Best Regeneration Award. This award will be given to the project which judges feel most clearly demonstrates a positive impact on the physical or environmental quality of a deprived place, or the social wellbeing of its community. Consideration is given to how the project involved the local community.

Lingdale has been shortlisted for Best New Home (Small Scheme). Judges will be looking for the property development with the best design, specification, and craftsmanship. The external and internal design and finish, layout, landscaping, building efficiency and quality of architecture will all be considered for the final selection.

Judges of the NWPAs 2017 include Elaine Cunningham, owner of Elaine Cunningham Design Studio, Alastair Shepherd, the director of Falconer Chester Hall, and Lesley Martin-Wright, CEO of Knowsley Chamber. Countryside is this year’s headline sponsor while MSB Solicitors, Redrow Homes Lancashire, UK Business Supplies, The Foundry Agency, Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors, Redwing Living, The Sovini Group, BMD Law, Brock Carmichael are this year’s category sponsors. Furnish That Room are sponsors of the drinks reception.

An important fixture in the region’s calendar of events, we are thrilled to have our name associated with these prestigious awards. The glamorous awards ceremony is taking place on Thursday 19 October in the Lutyens Crypt of Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.
