The Blueoak Estates team are thrilled to share that our West Kirby development, Lingdale, was awarded Best New Home: Small Scheme at the NWPA property awards. The prestigious ceremony was held in the Lutyens Crypt of Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.
Established more than 14 years ago, the NWPAs recognise the achievements of architects, estate agents and property developers in the commercial and residential property sector across the entire North-West region. This year’s shortlist showcased the North West as a real powerhouse of innovation.
Blueoak Estates is truly honoured that Lingdale was awarded Best New Home: Small Scheme. This award was given to the development which judges felt displayed the best design, specification and craftsmanship.
Lingdale is a stunning, three-storey property development located near to the picturesque West Kirby seafront. It is home to four luxury apartments which boast dazzling panoramic views of the Dee Estuary and the infamous 8th hole of the Royal Liverpool Golf Course.
Situated in a conservation area only 100 yards from the waterfront, the plot provided the perfect location to design and create a new benchmark for high-quality accommodation in Wirral. The effects of wind and sand were a major consideration during construction. Lingdale had to offer modern, luxury living but also withstand the harsh elements found in an exposed location.
Each of the four apartments enjoys secluded outdoor areas. Properties on the ground floor benefit from private landscaped gardens, whilst the duplex upper floor apartments boast terraces which have been configured to maximise views.
We were delighted to be shortlisted for three awards across two categories because we strive to ensure that our homes not only offer our buyers a luxury finish and state-of-the-art design but that they remain sympathetic to the character and history of each renovation.
