City Centre Offices Transformed Into High-Spec Apartments
A former office building in Chester city centre has undergone a major transformation into 32 one, two and three bedroom apartments. Blueoak Estates acquired Concorde House on Canal Street in 2019. There is currently significant demand for apartments in the city centre particularly amongst downsizers and professionals.
